The training is divided into two levels: beginner and advanced.

Average course duration – 6 hours,
Training is organized for groups of 3 or more people,
Training materials are provided in English, training is conducted in Latvian,
ESET PROTECT management exercises are conducted remotely,
If necessary, a qualification certificate is issued.
Training course topics:
1. Beginner level
- ESET PROTECT components, their usage options, configuration recommendations,
- Installing ESET PROTECT server and management agents,
- Working with ESET PROTECT Web console.
2. Advanced level:
- Installing and configuring ESET PROTECT Server, HTTP Proxy, MDM components,
- Installing management agents using GPO,
- Linking Android devices,
- Migrating ESET PROTECT servers and workstations.
