NOD Baltic offers innovative cybersecurity solutions with a tailored approach. We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in Latvia.
This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere. Please note that there will be a need to meet with clients.
Your responsibilities:
What makes you a good candidate:
- Sales generation: independently identify and close deals with large organisations (100+ jobs).
- Driving sales strategy.
- Relationship building: Build long-term partnerships with customers by offering tailored solutions.
- Negotiating and closing deals.
- Data management: Keep track of customer data and forecasts in CRM.
- Customer meetings: Periodically travel to meet with customers as required to strengthen relationships and close deals.
- Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales (experience in IT security is an advantage).
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Languages.
- Positive Attitude: Self-motivated professional with a desire to achieve outstanding sales results and inspire others.
