Business Development Manager (Remote)

Work remotely, get results and ensure stability with NOD Baltic!

NOD Baltic offers innovative cybersecurity solutions with a tailored approach. We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in Latvia.

This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere. Please note that there will be a need to meet with clients.

Your responsibilities:

What makes you a good candidate:

  •  Sales generation: independently identify and close deals with large organisations (100+ jobs).
  • Driving sales strategy.
  • Relationship building: Build long-term partnerships with customers by offering tailored solutions.
  • Negotiating and closing deals.
  • Data management: Keep track of customer data and forecasts in CRM.
  • Customer meetings: Periodically travel to meet with customers as required to strengthen relationships and close deals.
  • Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales (experience in IT security is an advantage).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Languages.
  • Positive Attitude: Self-motivated professional with a desire to achieve outstanding sales results and inspire others.
