Trial Versions
Before purchasing, we recommend using the 30-day free trial version offered by ESET. If after the 30-day trial period the security solution does not meet your expectations, you need not do anything. If you decide to purchase before the unused period expires, the remaining trial period will be added to your subscription duration.

Right to Cancel the Agreement and Receive a Refund
To ensure that you purchased your ESET subscription directly from the ESET Latvia (NOD Baltic, SIA) online store (https://nod.lv) and that 30 (thirty) calendar days have not passed since the order was placed (invoice date), please note the following: If you did not purchase your subscription from the ESET Latvia online store, contact the ESET distributor from whom you purchased the security solution for a refund. Please note that ESET distributors may apply different money-back policies.
